Graph Descriptions
1. Overall Service Usage
This is the first graph you will see.
It shows the total number of visitors and how many times they used the service (e.g., directions, search), based on the selected building, time period, and platform.
The total number of visitors counts only first-time entries to the service. Repeat visits by the same user are not included.
You can hover over each graph item to see the exact values.
The green bar graph represents the total number of service uses, and the blue line graph shows the total number of service visitors.

2. Visitors by Building & User Share by Access Channel
The left graph shows Visitors by Building, and the right graph shows User Share by Access Channel.

Visitors by Building
You can view here the number of visitors by building and access channel.
Orange represents Mobile, blue represents Web, and green represents Kiosk.
Hover over each item to see the exact values.
User Share by Access Channel
You can check the access channels (Mobile, PC, Kiosk) used by visitors for each building.
Select a building from the dropdown at the top right.
Once selected, a donut chart will display the access channel distribution for that building.
3. Popular Places & Popular Routes
The left side shows Popular Places, and the right side shows Popular Routes.

Popular Places
Popular places are based on user actions such as frequent searches or taps on place information.
You can switch between a heatmap view and a table view using the tab at the top.
In the heatmap view, you can select a building from the dropdown at the top right.
You can zoom in and out to view different levels of detail.
Red areas indicate more popular spots, while blue areas show less popular ones.
Popular Routes
Popular routes are based on user path search data.
You can also select a building from the dropdown at the top right to view route data.
Red lines indicate heavily used paths, while blue lines represent less used ones.
4. Quick View Ranking & Search Term Ranking
The left side shows Quick View Ranking, and the right side shows Search Term Ranking.

Quick View Ranking
This graph shows the number of times each quick view was used.
It helps you understand which categories users are most interested in.
Search Term Ranking
This is based on search records by place.
It shows which specific places or keywords users searched for the most.
5. Popular Content on Home Screen
This graph is available only if you’ve set up a home screen and added multiple content items.
You can use the tab at the top to view the three types of content separately: Schedule, Image, and Banner.
In the bar graph:
Orange shows average time spent,
Blue shows the number of views,
Green shows the number of clicks on the "Go" button.
